Tahu Isi

Jenis camilan yang berbau-bau tahu paliiing di sukai ama suami…salah satunya ini ! Tahu ISI! Kayanya udah lama  ga di buatin, hari ini bumil pengen buatin deh…woohoo..this because I Love You…^_^ .

Liat kulkas, bahan-bahannya jg ada, langsung  aja siap2in. Untuk bahan isian cuman pake taoge, wortel dan ayam cincang. Ga ribet dan ga butuh waktu lama kok nyiapin camilan ini.

Nahh yg utk bahan pelapis ini bumil coba bikin racikan sendiri iseng, dan kok alhamdulillah pas banget ama yang di inginkan..crispy2 gitu dehh..

Tahu isi

Bahan :

10bj Tahu Pong/kempos

1/2 btg wortel, iris korek api

1 genggam taoge

1 potong ayam ( yg bagian daging ) di cincang kasar, rebus dengan sedikti air ( biar ada kaldunya)

1 btg daun bawang, iris halus

1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus

1 siung bawang merah, cincang halus

Bahan Pelapis :

5sdm Tepung Terigu

4sdm Tepung beras

1 sdm tepung bumbu kentucky

1 bh telur

Garam secukupnya

Air secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT :

1. Tumis bawang merah dan putih sampai harum, masukan ayam cincang yg sudah di rebus beserta air rebusannya, irisan daun bawang. Setalah ayam masak, masukan wortel dan taoge.  Masukan garam, merica, kecap asin, sedikit gula dan air. Masak sampai sayuran agak layu dan tidak berair lagi ( Sat ) serta  rasanya sudah menurut selera kita.

2. Tahu di iris bagian tengah ( tidak sampai terbuka ), masukan/selipkan bahan Isi yang sudah jadi. Lakukan sampai Tahu habis.

3. Bahan Pelapis : campur tepung terigu, tepung beras, tepung bumbu kentucky, garam, lalu masukan telur, aduk dan tambahkan air secukupnya, jangan terlalu encer biar bisa melapis tahu dan crispy saat di goreng.

4. Goreng dalam api sedang sampai kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan sajikan. Bisa dengan lombok rawit, saus tomat, saus sambal, sesuai selera ^_^

Pangsit Kari Goreng

Waaahh..tau2 udah February aja yaa..:) ga kerasa January, 31 hari udah kita lewati.

Sore ini pengen bikin cemil-cemilan apa yaa? tengok kulkas..eh ada kulit pangsit..ya udah yuukk kita bikin, kali ini sekali2 selera India yaa..hehehe..kita kasih bubuk kari dikit…mariii masuk dapur..:)

Bahan yang di perlukan :

Kulit pangsit / wonton pastry

Minyak goreng ( pastinya) :D

Untuk Bahan isi :

100 gr udang cincang ( kl tidak ada udang jg gpp, gantikan dgn ayam cincang semua )

50 gr ayam cincang

3 siung bawang putih, haluskan

1 biji telur, kocok lepas

1 sdt bubuk kari

1 sdt garam ( ikut selera )

1/4 sdt gula pasir

1 tangkai daung bawang/bawang pre, iris halus

Cara :

1. Bahan Isi : aduk rata udang, ayam cincang, telur, bubuk kari, merica, gula, garam, bawang putih halus dan irisan daun bawang.

2. Ampil kulit pangsit, masukan bahan isi, lipat, rekatkan dengan air.

3. Goreng di atas api sedang sampai kering, kecoklatan.

Sajikan dengan saus sambal…seru deh..kriuk2….;)

A plate of Goodness ( Gado-gado )

Indonesian called this “Gado-gado”  or Mix vegetables with peanut sauce. Just mix the boiled/steamed  veggies that we want into a plate and pour with some peanut butter sauce. Vegetable is a must have in preggy mommy menus. This simple recipe, everyone knows about it.

Our babies should learn how  the vegetable taste since their in the womb. Hope once they grow, they will be the one who loves eat vegetables.:) I believe it should start from very early stage in their life. Come on baby…, how delicious and tasty the veggies is…hmmhhh….you’ll love it :xx

Preggy mommy should consider a healthy food. So do I. I try my best to pick the healthy food to consume. I make this delicious drink for my mid-morning snack/drink.  It’s quite easy to make it. mix..mix and blend..;)

Ingredients :

2ea Kiwi

1/2 Banana (Cavendish/Pisang Ambon/Pisang Ijo)

2 tbsp Natural yoghurt ( Low Fat Yoghurt )

1 tbsp Honey

200ml Low fat milk

How To :

1. Mix all the materials in your blender glass, than blend them for a minute..and done!

simple yet healthy…:)

Enjoy your drink..and  the baby will thank you for this delicious drink ^_^

Hello 2013..!

Hallo my kitchen blog! How are you ?

Happy NEW YEAR 2013 !!  oopss… today is the same day with 4 years ago when I said Happy New Year. It was 2009. Goshh..time flies yaa…..It’s been couples years neglected *huhuhu…sadly* but now I am coming back  to make a new posts in 2013. During the long OFF, sometime the passer still drop me comments in my older posts. That made me feel good and thinking I should back to maintain this blog.

Now, I want to say : Welcome me! yaaayyy…..^_^

Where have I been huh ? After last post in January 2009, we moved back to Indonesia. Been busy with new life. I got no chance doing what I am used to do. Ohh…miss that old times..:)

September 2012 we moved *again* this time in Singapore. We got a bundle of joy. After years frustrating in trying, finally God gives us a GIFT.  I am expecting now !!;). That’s amazing. Pregnancy changes my life. Being pregnant is a major milestone in woman’s life. GOD is Great letting me to have this experience. Alhamdulillah… ( thank you God ).

Now, I have passed the 1st trimester, free from morning sickness, my body already adjust so well. I feel ok now. So, I think it feels good to be back here :).

It is my photo in 2012 actually, my friend asked me to help her to make a photo of her home-made cookies, she wanted  to promote them. It was near Hari Raya, hoping that  she could selling to her customers.

It was very awkward to start taking picture again, through many trials  I think these one is not too bad for first shoot after 4 years not doing this… what do you think ? A bit girly yaa ? hehehehe..First, I had no idea how this items should be shoot, I tried to combine with my accessories, hmm…think looks okay..;)

Now, I  want to share it here as it is a first post in 2013….^_^

New Year Banana berries muffin

First of all, I would like to say Happy New Year my friends ! Wish you all the best in 2009. I know it is a bit late to say it, but better late than never isn’t it ?^_^  Where have I been lately ? Poor my ‘kitchen’, it has been neglected for a while.  I went for a winter holiday in the first week of January, then came back and caught a terrible cold. The weather was so nasty to me. Shrinking to my bed, can not do anything. Think, it is the worst that I ever had.

The good thing is,  my husband has finished his study, so we are now busy packing to go back home for good at the end of this month. We are looking forward to go, but a bit sad really leaving this town. Lancaster has been  our second home. I will miss Lancaster for sure.  By the way,  I try to keep my kitchen updated in the middle of my packing :)

Now, I am back with full of energy and passion in the beginning of the year that full  of hope.  Here it is, the first post in new year 2009 : Banana Berries Muffin. This is not good looking muffin, but taste nice. Uhmm…I don’t know really what it went wrong , the picture’s quality is not really good :( I am sorry..

Ingredients :

250 g plain flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 ripe bananas, mashed

150 g fresh/frozen blueberries

3 tbsp honey

3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 large egg

185 ml milk

pinch of salt

cinnamon sugar and strawberries.

Directions :

1. Preaheat the oven to 180 degree celcius.

2. Sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon ground, and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.

3. Add the banana and blueberries and using fork lightly toss the fruit trough the flour.

4. In separate bowl, whisk together the honey, vegetable oil, egg and milk.

5. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and lightly combine.

6. Spoon the batter into greased hole muffin mould/patty case. Top with a sprinkle cinnamon sugar and strawberries.

7. Bake until golden brown. Serve immediately.

[Masak bareng] Soto Padang

3033770318_8c711fc9b4_oWaktu Shinta ngasih tau kalo menu untuk masak bareng kali ini adalah Soto Padang, saya sempet bengong dan mikir, ” emang ada soto padang yah, sate padang kali ?” :O , jangan2 Shinta salah nulis nii..:p,  *maap yah jeung Shinta* .

Terus saya cerita ke suami saya yg mengaku adalah penggemar soto, dia bilang :

” kali ada say”, Nah loh, tidak meyakinkan gitu jawabannya..huhuhu…penontong kecewa. Tanya om Google aja dah, tnyata nemu banyak resep soto padang:))  ahhh…’where have I been??’ ( maludotcom).

Jadi penasaran gimana sih rasanya soto padang. Semangat 45 deh belanja bahan2nya..tnyata maknyuss  looh..monggo di coba..:)

Resep dari http://www.geocities.com/claudie_lum/sopsoto/soto_padang.html, saya modifikasi. Sebenarnya saya kalau masak jarang pakai takar2an. Seringnya main cemplung2 saja , tapi saya berusaha menuangkan resep dengan ukuran yang mendekati semaksimal mungkin.

Oya, buat teman-teman yang sedang merayakan Natal, saya mengucapkan : “Selamat merayakan natal bersama keluarga ”  ^_^

Bahan :

250 gr daging ( saya beli yang : beef frying steak, soalnya ada lemak2nya )

3bh cardamom

2bh cengkeh

1 lonjor serai ambil putihnya, memarkan

2 cm jahe, keprak

1 cm lengkuas, keprak

5lbr daun jeruk

garam secukupnya

gula sedikit

600 ml air

minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu halus :

6 siung bawang merah ( saya pakai 3/4 bombay besar )

4 siung bawang putih

2 btr kemiri

Bumbu perebus daging :

1/2 tsp ketumbar

1/2 tsp bawang putih bubuk

1 kuntum anis star

garam secukupnya

600ml air

Cara membuat :

1. Rebus daging dengan bahan perebus, sampai empuk, tambahkan air jika perlu, ambil daging  iris2 tipis, sisihkan air kaldu.

2.  Tumis bumbu halus, cardamom, cengkeh, serai, jahe, lengkuas dan daun jeruk. Tambahkan garam, gula sesuai selera. Masukan air kaldu. Masak sampai kuah mendidih.

3. Goreng irisan daging.

4. Sajikan dalam mangkuk dengan pelengkap : Soun, perkedel kentang, telur rebus, kerupuk sagu merah (saya pakai kerupuk biasa), Irisan jeruk nipis, Irisan daun bawang dan sambal lado merah.
